After beginning his career in restaurant and retail management, where he had all the normal business owner responsibilities and challenges of sales, marketing, profits, team, and the operations of the business, Steve shifted his focus toward small business ownership as a sub-contractor in the roofing construction business. A few years later he became a Human Resources consultant and management recruiter within the contract electronics manufacturing industry, helping multi-million dollar national/international companies grow stronger teams. Prior to joining ActionCOACH, he provided sales and marketing as an independent contractor in several industries.
